Great location, only steps away from the ski lifts and perfect for a city trip. the food was delicious and the staff were always friendly and accommodating. the rooms were very clean and comfy. A plus was the spa and swimming pool, perfect to relax after a long day of activities.
The jacuzzi was outside and sometimes it wasn't properly cleaned. we never received clarification on the prices for the dinner and we got a menu without prices.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location, nestled in the mountains away from the hustle and bustle, provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The room service and housekeeping were top-notch, ensuring that our room was always clean and well-maintained. The shuttle service was an added convenience, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. We also appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival, which added a nice personal touch to our experience.
We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

The hotel is situated close to ski lifts and is kept clean. Staff is friendly and accommodating. the breakfast offers a great variety of food that is enjoyable. Guests can enjoy using the swimming pool and spa facilities.
The beds are too firm for a comfortable sleep.

We had an incredible time at this hotel. The breakfast spread was outstanding with a wide variety of choices including fresh orange and bio apple juice. The zeal and generosity of the staff was exceptional. They gave us little presents like magnets and chocolates. Moreover, the hotel is thinking about user experience and provides an interesting dinner organization. At breakfast, you get to choose your preference from the menu, and at dinner, the food is served once you are seated.
It was all superb.

I spent my Christmas holiday in this hotel and it was such a lovely experience. First, the breakfast was superb, offering fresh juice and a variety of food. , the location was just a few steps from the ski lifts, making it easier to reach the ski slopes. Plus, they had an electric car that could take us to the lifts, which was a nice touch.
The beds were not comfortable enough, as they were too hard. I wished they had provided more information about the dinner prices beforehand, as we received a menu without prices.
